My name is Ariel, and I am your English teacher. I am so thrilled to meeting you all in class and seeing you progress and achieve your personal, academic, and employment goals.
To deliver the course, we will be using a variety of platforms which include this Classroom Blog, Google Classroom, Google Meet, and email. We will set them up for you as we start the semester and make sure that you have the access and support to use these platforms.
As your English teacher, one of my tasks is to make sure that we are recognizing your skills and addressing your needs. Thus, communication is very important.

We are committed to a safe and healthy learning environment, so here are some important reminders:
- Prior to attending class, make sure you use and pass the COVID-19 Screening Tool.
- You don’t need to come to class if you have symptoms.
- Wearing of facemask is mandatory, so please bring your own facemask and wear it while in school and in public places
- Practice strict physical distancing. The school has put marks/arrows along the hallways to have an orderly flow of traffic and avoid decongestion.
- Always wash/sanitize your hands. Classrooms and common areas have sanitizers for staff and students use.
